CovenantCare, a service of Covenant Living of Turlock, is excited to introduce At Your Door Services, a new program designed exclusively for our independent living residents. This personalized service brings compassionate care directly to your apartment home, providing the support you need in the privacy and comfort of familiar surroundings.
Our comprehensive range of services includes assistance with daily activities, medication management, meal preparation, and more—each tailored to meet your unique needs. Our highly trained, professional caregivers are dedicated to helping you maintain your independence while enhancing your quality of life.
Whether you’re seeking short-term or ongoing support, CovenantCare Home Health is committed to delivering exceptional care that you and your family can trust.

Our services are privately paid by customers, though some long-term care insurance plans may apply. We encourage you to check your specific plan for details. You have the flexibility to adjust your care at any time—whether adding additional service tiers or selecting from our À La Carte options.

Tier 1: $1,000 per month
- Laundry 1x weekly (wash, dry, fold)
- Bathing assistance 1-2x weekly
- Meal prep 2-3x weekly (healthy meal recommendations by a registered dietitian)
- Fall prevention personalized exercise program set up by a licensed physical therapist
- Monthly assessment by a nurse including blood pressure and weight check
- Complimentary Prevention Program: preventing falls and injury in the home
Tier 2: $2,000 per month
- Additional housekeeping 1x weekly (use this for those special projects i.e. closet cleaning and kitchen organization)
- Assistance to dining room up to 2x daily
- Morning and evening safety check daily
- Assistance with dressing daily
- Tuck in assistance daily
- Bathing/shower assistance up to 3x weekly
- Laundry 1x weekly (wash, dry, fold)
- Transportation with 1:1 assistance for appointments 1x monthly (the caregiver stays with thecustomer for the full appointment)
Tier 3: $2,400 per month
Includes all services in Tier 2 with the addition of the following:
- Daily medication reminders
- Nurse assessment with medication set up 2x monthly
- Daily blood glucose monitoring assistance
- Daily or as needed bathing/shower assistance
- Daily or as needed assistance with blood pressure and/or weight
- Transportation with 1:1 assistance for appointments 2x monthly
Á La Carte Services
- Level 1 Diabetic Support: up to 3x weekly injection and or visits
$800 per month - Level 2 Diabetic Support: 1x daily injections
$2,000 per month - Level 3 Diabetic Support: 2x daily injections
$2,800 per month - SAIDO® Learning at Home :
$250 per month - Clinical Support: 2x monthly RN visit and assessment
$500 per month - Clinical Support: 2x monthly LVN visit and assessment
$300 per month
