CovenantCare at Home’s skilled nursing program for medically fragile children is a respite for loving parents. Whether in home or at school, our skilled pediatric nurses travel to you and your child.

Our pediatric clinical care expert is your liaison among families, physicians, other clinical staff.

Pediatric Care Services include:

• Physical assessment
• Tracheotomy
• Oxygen
• Ventilator & medication management
• Tube feedings
• Wound care & bandage changes
• Assistance with tasks of daily living

The RN services, provided by carefully screened nurses that specialize in pediatric skilled home care services, are available 24 hours/day and seven days/week.
