Joseph D. Haughney, President
Joseph Haughney has served as President of CovenantCare at Home since it was established in 2007. In addition to Joe’s broad administrative experience in senior living operations, he managed the creation of a home health agency of Swedish Covenant Hospital as Vice President of Business Development. For Joe, the goal of CovenantCare at Home is to become the choice for individuals and families in the transition of aging. “We want people to live as full a life as possible in whatever place they call home.”
Suzanne M. Garvin, National Sales Director
Suzanne joined CovenantCare at Home in 2011 after more than 20 years in healthcare sales, management, and business development in the senior care industry. She also has a clinical background and was a former Director of Respiratory Care with one of the country’s premier healthcare providers.
In her current position, Suzanne manages the sales staff at all Company locations and directs sales strategies nationwide.
Bonnie Hollenbeck, National Director of Operations
As the National Director of Operations, Bonnie Hollenbeck oversees the day-to-day functions of CovenantCare at Home’s agencies. She relocated from New York to Chicago to join the management team. Bonnie has an extensive business background and education in health care administration and new business development, including as founding CEO of a home health agency. She strongly believes in CovenantCare at Home’s faith-based traditions and focus upon individual plans-of-care.
Deborah Pawelko, Director of Finance
Deborah has served the Covenant organizations for 10 years, serving CovenantCare at Home since 2008. She is a CPA with 10 years of accounting experience in public accounting prior to joining the private not-for-profit industry with the CRC team. Her experience in public accounting has provided her the skills to handle many complex accounting transactions in the ever changing healthcare industry. Deborah has been involved with the development and growth of CovenantCare at Home, including financial regulatory compliance, acquisitions, and establishment of systems in new homecare and hospice agencies.
