Joseph D. Haughney, President
Joseph Haughney has served as President of CovenantCare at Home since it was established in 2007. In addition to Joe’s broad administrative experience in senior living operations, he managed the creation of a home health agency of Swedish Covenant Hospital as Vice President of Business Development. For Joe, the goal of CovenantCare at Home is to become the choice for individuals and families in the transition of aging. “We want people to live as full a life as possible in whatever place they call home.”

Bonnie Hollenbeck, National Director of Operations
As the National Director of Operations, Bonnie Hollenbeck oversees the day-to-day functions of CovenantCare at Home’s agencies. She recently relocated from New York to Chicago to join the management team. Bonnie has an  extensive business background and education in health care administration and new business development, including as founding CEO of a home health agency. She strongly believes in CovenantCare at Home’s faith-based traditions and focus upon individual plans-of-care.

Kathryn Allburn, Chicago Illinois Agency Administrator
Kathy has an extensive clinical, home health care, and business development experience as a home care and surgical nurse, Vice President of a national health care services company, and executive in a rehabilitation hospital. Her hands-on, practical experience complements her abilities to establish successful Medicare and other home health operations, outreach, and processes…without sacrificing quality of care.

Diane Gomes, Turlock, California Agency Administrator
Diane Gomes has 25 years of home care management experience, including  home health, private duty, and hospice. She has been in senior management positions for non-profit as well as private sector health care companies. Diane has already led the California-based agency to National Home Care Elite status for excellence in clinical outcomes.

Theresa McCoy, Westminster, Colorado Agency Administrator
Theresa McCoy, RN BSN, has focused upon home health care nursing for more than 25 years.  Her personal philosophy of “home is where the healing begins” parallels CovenantCare at Home’s mission and tradition of health care outreach. Her experience has been hospital-based as well as with independent health care agencies. Theresa is a board member of the Home Care Association of Colorado.
